Educational Process

The School of Biblical Studies is a two-year college integrating coursework and practical application. Meaningful education occurs at the intersection of theoretical knowledge and real-world application. Through rigorous coursework while encouraging practical experiences, we empower students with a Biblical foundation to handle the Word of God correctly to minister to a world in need of God’s redemptive love.

Coursework: Building a Strong Theoretical Foundation

The coursework component emphasizes the mastery of core Biblical concepts, spiritual proficiencies, and application of knowledge. We design our curriculum to be rigorous, inclusive, and reflective of the highest standards.

Practical Application: Bridging Theory with Real-World Experience

Practical application is a cornerstone of our educational approach. We recognize that experiential learning solidifies Biblical concepts (“Be ye doers of the Word” James 1:22 KJV ) and equipped, “throughly furnished unto all good works” (2 Timothy 3:17).

Assessment and Continuous Improvement

To ensure the effectiveness of our teaching philosophy, we engage in ongoing assessment and refinement of our coursework and practicum assignments. We collect data on student performance through each course and school term, and feedback from students. This informs curriculum updates, instructional improvements, and the development of new experiential learning opportunities.

Summary

Our educational philosophy at the School of Biblical Studies prioritizes the integration of coursework with practical application to produce well-rounded, ready-to-serve graduates. By emphasizing active learning and experiential practices, we create an educational experience that not only prepares students for immediate ministry, but also fosters a lifelong passion for ministry. Through continuous assessment and improvement, we remain committed to adapting our educational philosophy to meet the evolving needs of our students, community, and the church body we serve.
